I need a little help understanding what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to change your template to one in the new blogger beta, or are you trying to add additional javascript to your template and getting errors or are you getting errors on a feed created by something like Feedblitz?

Here are some of the issues I've come across: (1) Scripts that worked under blogger did not work under the blogger beta. An example of this is the script from performancing that tracks a blog's traffic. (2) Cutting and pasting from MS Word will put tons of extra tags into your post. These will display properly on blogger but will cause problems with RSS services such as Feedblitz.

I'm not great at writing my own HTML however, I cannot see your source as you've cleverly hidden it.
